What we’re doing:

In Atrieve HR Audit Report, we’ve added a new lookup next to the employee selection field for database and profile auditing.

Add auditing for:

Absence Code Status
Employee Location Mass Update Process

The following areas were previously reportable, but can now be filters by selection in the employee/database/profile field:

Staffing Notification Profile
Screen Control Profile
Event Type
Event Target Group
User Defined Certificate Codes

In HR Report Writer, we added an audit field to display and select on Absence ID when auditing changes to absences and dispatches.

Why we think you’ll like it:

It’s important to be able to audit changes to the HR system in order to explain why the system may be behaving a certain way. Previously, users would have to know to type “DB:POS COD” to audit changes to position codes, for example, which was not intuitive. Now users can choose from a list lookup to select database codes or profiles to audit.

When using HR Report Writer to audit changes to absences and dispatches using the new field for Absence ID, use the PRM_AUDIT table and include OTHER_AUDIT_KEY for the short absence ID in your display or selection fields. The field AUDIT_KEY stores the long absence ID if required.
