Browser Compatibility

Your Atrieve service is supported on the following browsers.

For optimal performance, Atrieve recommends clients upgrade to the most recent versions of their browser. Clients not using the latest versions of these browsers may experience performance and rendering issues.

End of support: January 1, 2020

Microsoft recommends moving away from Internet Explorer 11 and upgrading to its latest Edge browser for optimal performance. As a result, PowerSchool will officially end support for Internet Explorer 11 beginning January 1, 2020.

What is the impact?

PowerSchool products will continue to work on Internet Explorer 11. However, any product issues that arise which are specific to Internet Explorer 11 browsers only will not be addressed. We are committed to innovation and offering the best software solutions. As technology evolves, we strive to grow and adapt with the goal to better serve our customers with the most up-to-date browsers and security.

What should I do?

PowerSchool recommends using Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge as your default web browser.
