Depending on how EAC is set up for your site, the Log In page may include a Forgot your Password? link for resetting your password. If this link does not display, contact your administrator or Human Resources department.

First Time Logins

If logging in to EAC for the first time, complete these additional steps:

  1. You will be automatically directed to the page to reset your password from the default that was assigned (last 4 digits of SSN). Enter your new password and click Submit.
  2. After selecting a new password, you will be directed to the page to select security questions to retrieve forgotten passwords. You must select 3 from the predefined list of 10. Select the questions and enter the answers in the Answer and Re-Type Answer text boxes for each question. Click Save when done.

If your organization uses Active Directory, complete these additional steps to link your account to Active Directory:

  1. Under the Employee Tasks menu, click the Active Directory Account Link. Note: This link name is defined by the organization and may not appear as labeled here.
  2. Enter your Active Directory user name and password.
  3. Click the Link AD Account button. You will receive a message indicating your account has been successfully linked.
  1. On the Login page, click the Forgot your Password? link to display the Forgotten Password page.
  2. Enter either your eFinancePlus Email Address or User ID and  your Social Security Number, and then click Submit. An email with a link will be sent to you.
  3. In the Change Password page, enter your new password.
  4. Click Reset Password to reset your password and access EAC.
