The eFinancePlus Salary Negotiations System is designed for use with the eFinancePlus Human Resources System. The interface between the two systems allows you to draw on existing records for setting up increases. Using the Salary Negotiations System, you can:
- Create salary schedules for the new year and up to nine future years.
- Autostep employees to the next steps on their salary schedules.
- Set up increases for employees who are not on salary schedules.
- Apply the increases to employees' pay rates.
- Generate reports showing the results of your increases.
