Use the Scholarships features to help connect students to best-fit scholarships and provide a central location for scholarship exploration.

Scholarship Feature	Description
Scholarship Search	A custom list of local and regional scholarships managed at the school or district level.
College-Specific Scholarships	A list of college-specific merit scholarships maintained by participating institutions.
National Scholarship Search	Access to Sallie Mae scholarships via an external link.
Favorite Scholarships	Includes scholarships added: By the student using the Add Scholarship feature. For the student by staff via the Student Folder By the student using the Favorite feature. By the student via the built-in scholarship question in Naviance surveys.

Scholarships Best Practices

Update student academic data via a manual or automated data import at least once a semester.
Encourage students to start researching college-specific scholarships early in their college exploration process.
Leverage data about financial aid and paying for college from the college-specific scholarship page.
