SLO or SGO Results by Teacher
Access the Report
- From the main navigation menu, choose SLO/SGO, then Results by Teacher.
- Enter values in the FIltering section to narrow the scope of the report.
The first section of the report provides a summary of performance by band. The second section provides a summary of performance by teacher SLO or SGO.
Performance by SLO or SGO Band
The summary of the performance by the SLO or SGO band displays the percentage of teachers overall and the percentage of teachers based on selected filters.
- Choose from the available Public SLO/SGO Bands.
- Hover over a section of the bar to display cut details.
Performance by Teacher SLO or SGO
The table lists each teacher SLO or SGO based on the current filter selections.
Optionally, you can Search to locate an SLO or SGO by teacher name.
Optionally, click a teacher's name to display a Results by Teacher report for a specific SLO or SGO for the selected teacher.
| Column | Description |

| Properties Lock | Select to lock the properties for the SLO or SGO. This locks all selections within the Properties and Attributes tabs of the SLO or SGO. Select the option in the column header to lock all rows. Properties Lock does not change meetings or meeting dates on the tab. |
| Teacher | Indicates the teacher being measured by this SLO or SGO. Click the teacher's name to display the SLO or SGO in a new tab. |
| Courses | The courses assigned to this SLO or SGO. |
| Challenges | The count of outstanding challenges to the student population for this SLO or SGO. Click the teacher's name to display the SLO or SGO in a new tab to review the challenges. |
| Performance | The current teacher rating for the SLO or SGO. Bars are color-coded according to the SLO or SGO band settings. |
| SLO Lock | Select this option to lock and finalize the SLO or SGO. This locks all selections, student population, and results for this SLO or SGO. Select the option in the column header to lock all rows. When locked, teachers have read-only access to the SLO or SGO. |
Export the Results
Click Excel or CSV to create an export of the teacher list, honoring any selected filters. To include more results in your export, adjust the Show ## entries to expand the list.
