Using this setting, you can reset or change a user's password.
Note: Only applicable for users who have created their PowerSchool ID and are using PowerSchool ID as their authentication method.
- Navigate to the District Details page.
- On the District tab, click the Users tab. The Users tab displays.
- Do one of the following:
- Hover over the user and click the Reset Password icon (Rewind).
- Click the name of the user and then click Reset Password.
- On the Reset Password pop-up, click Reset.
- Click Okay.
