Forgot Passwords

If a user has forgotten their password, they can send a request to receive an email with a temporary link to reset your password.

Note: In order to help you provide assistance to your users, the following describes the process by which users perform these procedures.

Recover Your Password When Signing In to Unified Classroom

  1. Open you Web browser to the Sign In URL. The Unified Classroom sign in page appears.
  2. Click Forgot Password? The Forgot Password page appears.
  3. Enter your PowerSchool ID.
  4. Click Send Request. A temporary password will be sent to your email.
  5. Click the URL provided in the email.
  6. Enter your temporary password, your new password, and then your new password again.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Continue.

Recover Your Password When Signing In to Unified Classroom Using SIS

  1. Open the Web browser to one of the following: 
    • PowerSchool admin portal
    • PowerTeacher portal
    • PowerSchool Student and Parent portal
  2. Click Continue to Unified Classroom Sign In. The Unified Classroom sign in page appears.
  3. Click Forgot Password? The Forgot Password page appears.
  4. Enter your PowerSchool ID.
  5. Click the URL provided in the email.
  6. Enter your temporary password, your new password, and then your new password again.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Continue.
